Leadership in Flight Training Academy ("LIFT Academy"), our proprietary flight school created with the
commitment to growing the next generation of pilots and maintenance technicians with high tech flight
training based in Indianapolis, Indiana; Tuskegee, Alabama at the historic Moton Field in partnership with
Tuskegee University; Columbia and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and Galveston, Texas. Republic also offers
structured pathways to pilot time-building and achievement of the FAA minimum 1,500 flight hours to fly
commercially through the Bridge Air program for safe, efficient, and cost-effective time-building or
dedicated pathways through Brickyard Connection, Lynx Connection, our affiliate Cape Air, and other
airlines. LIFT Academy graduates have a defined career pathway to First Officer at Republic Airways upon
completion of commercial training requirements.
